Message to Windows Users: The PayPal account that handled the Windows key purchases was not turned over to the new developer with everything else. As a result, the Microsoft application that processed registration key verification has lapsed and is no longer running. We are unsure if previous purchase records still exist, and there is currently no way for the last version of the app under the previous developer to communicate with the verification servers. While we’ve been in dialogue with the previous developer in an attempt to resolve this, there is no current timeline for when or whether this will be fixed. All PayPal funds from Windows app and add-on purchases had continued going to the previous developer since the transition, and they have since disabled new purchases to avoid confusion. We are unable to assist with recovering registration keys for previous Windows purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience.
